Two Arrested in Paris for Parole Violations

Paris Police responded to the 1400 block of W Washington to serve an arrest warrant and made contact with 57 year old Charles Finnie. He was wanted on a warrant for violating his parole. 50 year old Kerry Frazier was arrested at the parole office for violating his parole.
