Two Arrested in Paris on Outstanding Warrants

Paris Police made contact with  32 year old Roy Blacketer  and 28 year old  Fred Jones after a traffic stop in the 1400 block of W Shiloh  and learned that Blacketer was wanted on outstanding warrants for possession of controlled substance and a misdemeanor. Jones was found to be in possession of a small quantity of methamphetamine and both were arrested.
