Two Arrested On Drug Charges By Cumby Police

Bond has been set at $10,000 for a Dallas woman stopped for a traffic violation on I-30 by Cumby police.  24year old Rachel Nicole Guerrero was allegedly in possession of a white powdery substance believed to be cocaine.  A passenger in the vehicle, 50 year old Everett W Payne of The Colony was also arrested on the same charges with the same bond amount. Both have posted bond and been released from the Hopkins County jail. .
