Two Dead In Rockwall Plane Crash

Two people were killed Thursday afternoon in Rockwall when a small plane crashed into a field next to Ralph Hall Municipal Airport. It’s believed the plane hit a power line. First responders discovered two people deceased inside the wreckage of the single-engine Cessna 182.
