Two Dead, One Injured, One Jailed In Upshur County

Upshur County Deputies arrived at a residence in Union Grove and found 49-year-old Lisa Anne Moore and 19-year-old Dylan Moore, shot to death. A third person was transported to a hospital in undisclosed condition. Longview Police was notified and the suspect, identified as 53-year-old Joseph Lee Adkins was located in Longview and arrested. He’s been charged with Capital Murder. Investigators say the shootings were the result of ongoing domestic issues between the suspect and the victims.
