Two Men Arrested In Paris On Federal Drug Warrants

Paris Police arrested two local men on federal drug warrants. Officers charged 21-year-old James Tyler Rose and 37-year-old Stacy James Bellamy with conspiracy by possession or manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance, possession of a firearm that furthered drug trafficking, and unlawful user of a controlled substance in possession of a gun. They were transported to a federal holding facility.
