Two More Charges In ATV Theft Ring

After lengthy investigation into ATV thefts , two more warrants have been obtained and served. Sulphur Springs PD Investigators Bo Fox, Kaufman County deputies and the Cattle Rangers Investigators charged Harvey Lee Moss of Forney with engaging in organized criminal activity. Dustin Garcia who is already in the Hopkins County jail was also charged in connection with the multi-state thefts. More arrests are likely as the investigation continues.
