Two More Counties Added To Disaster Declaration

Gov. Greg Abbott added Morris and Shelby counties to the list of East Texas counties to the state’s disaster declaration. Both counties had widespread electrical infrastructure damage. They join Franklin, Harrison, Marion, Upshur, Wood, Camp, Gregg, Hopkins, Panola, Smith, and Titus counties.
