Two Sentenced For ATV Thefts

Two men who authorities say were the leaders of an organized crime ring that stole 4-wheelers in Sulphur Springs and other cities in a three state area have pleaded guilty to the charges and been sentenced to prison.  29 year old Christopher Lee Chambers received 15 years and  33 year old Dustin Kyle Garcia received 28 years. They must serve at least half their sentences before they can be considered for parole
