Two Sentenced For Sexual Assaults

Two Sulphur Springs men pleaded guilty in Hopkins County District Court to separate sexual assault cases. Reportedly, 51-year-old Fernando Santana-Vasquez claimed guilty to Sexual Assault of a Child and received four years in prison and a $4,000 fine.

Jose Juan Eduardo Santana

A court sentenced 31-year-old Jose Juan Eduardo Santana to ten years in prison after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a 20-year–old female. He was also fined $5,000 and must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
