Two Sentenced In Robbery, Beating At Texarkana Hotel

A Bowie County court sentenced two men after they plead guilty to a robbery at a hotel in Texarkana. Reportedly, 33-year-old Johnny Ward, Jr., and 24-year-old Worris Hardwick, III, were both armed with handguns when they went to an employee’s room, pistol-whipped, tied, and stomped him on his head. They sentenced Ward to 30 years and Hardwick received 25.
