Two Texans Have Made The President’s List For possible Supreme Court Justices

President Trump named U.S. Senator Ted Cruz as a possible nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court. He is one of 20 people President Trump could nominate to the high court if re-elected. Another Texan, James Ho, was also named to Trump’s list of potential Supreme Court picks. Ho is a judge on the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and former Texas solicitor general.
