Tx Pardons And Paroles Denies Clemency

The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles unanimously has refused a clemency request from a Texas inmate set for execution tomorrow night. A jury condemned 31-year-old Erick Davila, a former Fort Worth street gang member, for fatally shooting a five-year-old girl and her grandmother.
