TxDOT Warns Texans About Traffic Delays

It is only one lane east and west on Interstate 20 for a long-term construction project in Louisiana. It is near the Texas state line. They have closed the outside road in both directions for construction in Louisiana. This construction zone causes significant traffic delays for motorists in Texas. During the week of Thanksgiving anyone that is traveling into Louisiana from Texas should be aware of this delay and if possible, find an alternate route.
