If you’re looking for an opportunity to volunteer, the Lamar County United Way is hosting a Day of Action on Saturday 19 at 8:00 am at the United Day Office., 2340 Lamar Avenue. It’s a great, easy, fun way to give back to our community. This year, volunteers will be cleaning up the yards of senior citizens, a great volunteer day for all ages.
