Unity Walk Happening Downtown Paris Saturday

Pastor R.C. Slaughter and other community leaders are hosting a unity walk in Paris tomorrow morning beginning at the Lamar County Court House at 9am. Those participating will walk through the downtown area and end at the plaza where other leaders including other pastors, County Court at Law Judge Bill Harris and Police Chief Bob Hundley will speak. Reverend Slaughter says this is NOT a protest, but instead a show of community solidarity and togetherness.
