More details have been released in the case of an East Texas woman charged in connection with the drowning death of her three-month-old child. Officials charged 29-year-old Tiffany Snyder, of Chapel Hill in Smith County, with injury to a child by omission. She was allegedly high on methamphetamine when she fell asleep and Madison Williams wandered away from the home. Her body was found later in a nearby pond.
