Upshur County Ask For Your Help

Rachel Rhoads, 24, of Longview was found Sunday by people riding recreational vehicles in Upshur County. Upshur County Sheriff Larry Webb says they are working a homicide. Webb declined to comment on a possible cause of death Wednesday or whether there are any suspects.
