Upshur County Employee Arrested For Official Oppression

A Texas Ranger charged an Upshur County District Clerk’s office employee with official oppression. The officer arrested 51-year-old Jon Christopher Coleman of Gilmer on the charge and released him on a $3,500 bond the same day. The charge is a misdemeanor.
