Upshur County deputies are investigating a fatal shooting in the Lafayette Community near the Camp County line. When deputies arrived on the scene they found a man dead of an apparent gunshot wound. The identity of that person has not been disclosed. No other information was released. Investigators have not said if the case is being investigated as a homicide.
