Upshur County Identifies Victims

Upshur County Sheriff’s Office released identities of the victims involved in Sunday night’s shooting near Ore City. Reportedly, deputies found Cara Franchele Cardinal, 42, and Bernard Furstonberg, III, 60, dead at the scene. Paramedics took Gay Coleman Wagner, 68, to a hospital with a gunshot wound. Officials think the victims knew each other.
