Upshur County Jury Awards Millions In Lawsuit

An Upshur County jury has awarded more than $75 million to a man who sued a trucking company and one of its drivers who rear-ended his pickup. Drug tests showed the driver of the 18-wheeler was under the influence of methamphetamine and marijuana at the time of the crash. The ruling will likely be appealed.
