Upshur County Juveniles In Custody For Deadly Conduct

An Upshur County juvenile has been arrested for 3^rd degree felony Deadly Conduct. Authorities say the teen and two friends took a gun from one of their homes, started driving around and shot several times from inside the car. One of the teens fired in direction of some children. The other two youths in the car were charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. There were no injuries.
