Upshur County Man Arrested In Kilgore

Bond has been set at $20,000 for an Upshur County man arrested by Kilgore Police. Reportedly, 40-year-old Billy Lee Aultman, of Gilmer, is charged with failure to identify as a fugitive and possession of between one and four grams of a controlled substance. He was also charged with violating his parole.
