Upshur County Man Gets 20 Years For Drug Possession

An Upshur County jury has convicted 56-year-old Garry Leo Moore, of Gilmer, of possession of fewer than four grams of cocaine, enhanced. He was then sentenced to 20 years in prison. Moore had eight prior felony convictions, including burglary of a habitation. While on parole, Moore had committed at least three felony offenses.
