Gregg County Jail
State Troopers arrested 57-year-old Norman Earl Brewer, of Diana, for possession of between one and four grams of a controlled substance and prohibited substance/item in a correctional or civil commitment facility and an outstanding traffic ticket. He was released from the Gregg County Jail on a $20,500 bond.
