Upshur County Man Jailed In Gregg County

Bond has been set at $20,000 for an Upshur County man arrested in Gregg County. They charged 47-year-old Keith Allen Harness, of Gilmer, on a warrant for bond forfeiture on a charge of credit or debit card abuse of the elderly.
