Upshur County’s court sentenced a 72-year-old Ore City man to three 20-year prison sentences after pleading guilty to three counts of possession of child pornography. Undercover agents found John Charles Plunkett downloading child pornography and sharing the images with software. The photos showed very young children sexually assaulted. Plunkett will serve his sentences concurrently.
