An Upshur County man has been sentenced to life plus 30 years for sexually assaulting two boys. 22 year old Tylor Lynn Charette, of the Bettie Community, pleaded guilty before District Judge Lauren Parish to continuously assaulting the boys. As part of the plea agreement, the sentence is final and there will be no appeal.
