Bond has been set at $750,000 for a man accused of a fatal stabbing at a game room in Diana. The suspect, 42-year-old Toby Glenn Dillard, is accused of stabbing 28-year-old Joseph Regan at the Orange Room on Hwy 259 South after an altercation about money. Dillard was captured hiding under a bridge near a creek. He remains in the Upshur County Jail.
