An Upshur County teenager is being held without bond in the Gregg County Jail on multiple San Jacinto County warrants. Isaiah Trevon Johnson, 17, of Gilmer, is charged with delivery or offer for delivery of a dangerous drug, engaging in organized criminal activity and money laundering between $2,500 and $30,000.
