Upshur County Teen Jailed On Multiple Charges

An Upshur County teen has been arrested for allegedly stealing a shopping cart full of items from the Walmart in Longview. Gabrielle Nichole Gillaspy, 19, of Gilmer, was charged with theft, drug possession and failure to identify as a fugitive. She was also charged with violating her probation in Harrison County.
