USDA Designates 37 Texas Counties Disaster Areas Due To Drought

The USDA has designated 37 Texas counties as primary natural disaster areas because of losses due to the recent drought. They may be eligible for USDA Farm Service Emergency Loans. The NE Texas counties on the list include Camp, Delta, Franklin, Hopkins, and Upshur counties.
