Valiant Police Officer Arrested For Aggravated Assault

A McCurtain County Oklahoma man, who was charged with aggravated assault in Arkansas after brandishing a firearm in a restaurant, has been identified as a Valiant, Oklahoma Police Officer. Allegedly, 25-year-old Kolton Loving, of Broken Bow, pulled a gun and threatened two people during an argument. He surrendered at the Sevier County Jail where he was processed and released after posting $10,000 bond.
