Valliant Schools Closed Due to Contaminated Water Supply

There will be no classes today in the Valliant, Okla., public schools because the water supply was contaminated with E-coli.. And customers of the McCurtain County town’s water system are being advised to boil the water before consuming it. The city notice states that E. coli indicates the water might be contaminated with human or animal wastes. The Valiant Public Works Authority is currently flushing the water system.
