Authorities are searching for a Van Zandt County man who disappeared from the Grand Saline area on September 16. They say 50-year-old Todd Moses has a tattoo that reads “Rebel” on his neck and a lightning bolt tattooed on his hand. They recovered his vehicle, but his whereabouts are unknown.
