Van Zandt County Teen Sentenced For Manslaughter

A Van Zandt County court sentenced a teen who pleaded guilty to manslaughter concerning the death of an 18-year-old woman to eight years in prison. Investigators say Alfonso Medina of Canton was eastbound south of Canton when he saw Taylor Lynne Raper approaching in the opposite direction. He veered into her lane to scare her but struck her vehicle.
