Victim In Fatal Pedestrian Crash Identified

State Troopers have identified the 17-year-old struck and killed by a vehicle on Texas 155, about four miles west of Ore City. Investigators say Emanuel LeBlanc was wearing all black clothing when he tried to cross the highway and failed to yield the right of way to the vehicle, which struck him. The driver of the pickup and two child passengers were uninjured.
