Visiting Judge Appointed To Hear Case Against Smith County Judge

San Antonio judge David Peeples has been selected to hear the case that seeks the removal of Smith County Judge Joel Baker. The suit to remove Judge Baker was filed by Grassroots America – We the People and alleges incompetency and official misconduct over a school zones camera agreement and over allegations that Baker was sexting while on duty and on official government business.
