People magazine claims Breaking Bad stars Aaron Paul and Bryan Cranston were in New Orleans on Friday serving samples of their new Mezcal.
Cranston roasted Paul after Paul posted the following message online: “Hey New Orleans! Who wants some drinks? Me (sic) and this slacker are going to be serving up some Dos Hombres Mezcal from 2-4 tomorrow afternoon near Jackson square. Come say hello! Must be of legal drinking age to enter the bar”
Cranston replied: “Aaron, it’s not ‘Me (sic) and this slacker are going to be serving some Dos Hombres Mezcal’, it’s ‘This slacker and *I* are going to be serving some Dos Hombres Mezcal’. Once again, I’m cast as the teacher.”
Elite Daily says the cast of Game of Thrones trolled fans at Comic-Con on Friday when they arrived for their panel holding Starbucks coffee cups. Fans went wild during the final season after one of the stars left a coffee cup on a table during episode four.
Danai Gurira, aka Michonne on ”The Walking Dead”, is leaving the show after next season. She told Comic-Con fans. “I can confirm that this is the last season. I will be leaving. I would just like to say that this has been one of the purest joys of my life, to play this role… I am very, very thankful for the experience I’ve had in ways I can’t even express right now.”
TV Guide says The Walking Dead movie about Rick Grimes is going to be released in theaters in 2020. It will pick up where Rick’s TV story left off. AMC is planning to do three movies about Rick with the third one completely ending his story on the show.
The NY Post says Mark Hamill received an Icon Award at Comic-Con on Friday. He told fans, “Listen, I told you how lucky I feel to be able to do all the things I loved as a kid and get paid for it, so this just seems wildly excessive but is much appreciated. Listen, guys, if it weren’t for you, I certainly wouldn’t be standing here.”
