A warrant has been issued by Hunt County authorities for a Stonewall, Oklahoma man facing charges of intoxication manslaughter. Prosecutors say 29 year old was drunk when he caused a wreck that claimed the life of Steven Eric Isham of Campbell. Romines had a court hearing scheduled for this week, but allegedly failed to appear.
