Wedding Registries: What Couples Are Asking For Their Wedding

A poll of more than 6,600 engaged or recently married couples registered on The Knot reveals the following:

• 88% say they established a wedding registry
• 84% say they created registries with their favorite retailers
• The popularity of cash registries has increased (up 50% since 2016), and here’s what people with cash registries plan to use the funds for:
• 49% honeymoon
• 27% home down payment
• 25% wedding costs
• 15% big-ticket appliances
• 14% pay down debt
• 3% car payment
