“The Foreigner” presented by Paris Community Theatre Friday and Saturday evening with a Sunday matinee, this weekend at the Plaza Theater. “The Foreigner” directed by Christine Van Pay, is sponsored by Peoples Bank and Pools and More. “The Foreigner,” by Larry Shue is a fun, two-act play set in a fishing lodge in rural Tilghman County, Georgia where two English folks, Froggy and Charlie, arrive as guests.

Bug Tussle Antique Cars in Paris Saturday (Aug 26) from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm at America’s Best Value Inn Come out and enjoy the Antique Cars parked!

AUGUST 26, 2017, IS RIDE YOUR BIKE TO FARMERS MARKET DAY – 8:00 am- This will be approximately 14-mile round trip ride along the Reno Rail Trail and Trail de Paris, with a short segment on SW 3rd Street in Paris. Reno PD will conduct a short safety briefing prior to the ride. Refreshments are being provided for this event at Market Square by Paris Farmers and Artisan Market!
Volunteers will be at the market to bring your goodies back to Reno for you.
** Bicycle helmets are strongly recommended.
** Bring water, as needed. Water fountains are available on the Trail.
** The ride will be led at a comfortable pace, about 8 mph.
** All ages are welcome, however, no training wheels are allowed.
** Please make sure you are able to ride the entire distance and have supplies needed in case of a flat tire, etc.
