US 259 – At Red River north of De Kalb, constructing a new bridge.
US 259 – From US 82 to FM 44, adding shoulders.
FM 1297 – From FM 2878 to FM 559, widening highway.

Camp County
FM 1522 – From 0.9 mile west of US 271 to US 271, seal coating highway.
FM 2254 – From FM 993 to FM 557, seal coating highway.

Cass County
SH 77 – From US 59 in Atlanta to SH 8 in Douglassville, resurfacing highway.

Harrison County
I-20 – From FM 31 to US 80, repairing pavement.
FM 2625 – From SH 43 to 0.5 mile west, constructing mine haul road overpass.

Morris County
US 259 – From 1.5 miles north of FM 250 to FM 250, seal coating highway.

Panola County
SH 149 – At SH 315, constructing overpass and widening the highway.
SH 149 – From Rusk County Line to FM 124, resurfacing highway.
SH 43 – From FM 959 to Rusk County Line, resurfacing highway.

Titus County
US 271 – From the end of freeway section of US 271 to 0.3 mile south of FM 3417, extending freeway lanes and constructing an overpass at FM 3417.
US 271 – At Ripley Creek and Ripley Creek Relief, replacing bridges.
US 271 – From Business US 271 North to FM 1896, resurfacing highway.
Bus. 271 – From Robert Nance Road to US 271, seal coating highway.

Upshur County
SH 155 – From south of Sabine River to US 80, replacing bridges and widening roadway.
SH 155 – From FM 1002 to US 259, upgrading guardrail.
FM 1972 – From FM 1649 to FM 726, seal coating highway.
FM 555 – From SH 155 to SH 154, seal coating highway.
SH 155 – From FM 2796 to US 271, seal coating highway.
FM 556 – From FM 2088 to FM 852, seal coating highway.
