• It’s Primary Day 2018 today. Four states are involved. The focus is on West Virginia with Don Blankenship running. He served one-year in prison for the death of coal miners under his watch.

• Bobcat kittens were mistaken for domestic cats, and three people were injured. A family living off Eisenhower Road near Salado Creek found the felines in a back alleyway. The homeowner brought them inside her home. She tried feeding them milk and three people were bitten and sought medical attention.

• On the afternoon of April 30, an earthquake “Swarm” occurred. Up to ten per hour started happening in Hawaii with volcanic eruptions along the rift zone of the Kilauea Volcano.

• It’s that time of the year to check the A/C units. Also, check the backseat! Never leave kids or pets in vehicles even for a short time with windows cracked.
