Who Is Responsible?

During the daylight hours of December 26, 2017, someone damaged two vehicles parked along the street in the 100 block of E Price St. It appears that the suspect(s) kicked the cars with their foot and one of the vehicles outside mirror was damaged. Repair workers estimated the damage at $500 for each.
