The widow of an Oklahoma man who died last year has filed a federal wrongful death lawsuit. Forty-five-year-Bobby Barrick died in a hospital days after McCurtain County Deputies shocked him with a stun gun. The case against Sheriff Kevin Clardy, three deputies, and a state game warden filed Thursday comes just days after a news article brought national attention to McCurtain County after a recording of local officials discussing killing journalists and lynching Black people was made public.
