Wilson Oklahoma Police Officer Confesses Fabrication Of Shooting Evidence

A Wilson Police Officer has reportedly confessed to making up a story about an officer-involved shooting. As a result, the department fired officer Tyler Skinner, and charges will be presented to the District Attorney once OSBI completes the full report.
