Winnsboro ISD

Tuesday was Constitutional Amendment Election Day Texas and all of the amendments passed. Winnsboro ISD voters overwhelmingly passed a $31.5 million bond issue and corresponding tax increase. The vote was 1007 to 308. Superintendent Susan Morton said she is ready to hit the ground running Wednesday and provide the community with a brand new high school.
