Winnsboro Man Arrested In Sulphur Springs

Bond was set at $65,000 for a Winnsboro man arrested by a Hopkins County deputy who responded to a call about a suspicious person at the Dollar Store on Main Street in Sulphur Springs. 66 year old Michael Wayne Roberts was found to be wanted on a Winnsboro warrant for injury to a child/elderly or disabled person and was in possession of less than a gram of methamphetamine.
